Or tell the time of day
If you can count the change
You get or know how much to pay
If you know of George Washington
or Edison or Thoreau
If you know scientifically that water is H2O
If you can mix two colors
To get the one you need
If you can grow a garden
From a single flower seed
If you can bounce a ball with skill
Or play an instrument
If you know when the sun goes down
Exactly where it went
If you can read this poem I write

For all the things you know and do
